Thank you for shopping with Apexx. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are shipped within India.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India using our logistics partner Shiprocket, which works with multiple courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro & remote areas: 4–8 business days

These are estimates. Delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We don’t control courier delays once the package is handed over.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via Shiprocket-enabled courier services. You can track your shipment in real time using that link.

If tracking doesn’t update for 48 hours, contact us, don’t wait.


6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Make sure your address and phone number are correct.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package:

  • arrives damaged, or
  • is missing items

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and items. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.
