1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Policy)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of
the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unused, unworn, and without signs of wear
- In original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. How to Start a Return

- Return shipping details (and label, if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- The wrong product
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@apexx.in, along with clear photos/videos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label (if applicable)
Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene-related products
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance/sale events

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:
- Initiate a return for the original item
- Place a new order separately once the return is approved
This ensures faster processing and availability.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund timeline:
- Processed within 10 business days after approval
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
